Process
How It Works
Most automation projects die in planning. I run a clear sequence: discovery call, audit, pilot, then support.
Step 1
Audit (€500–1000, 3 to 5 days)
I map your current workflow, ownership, and failure points, then produce a scoped implementation plan.
- Reliability report with ranked risks and owner map.
- Prioritized fix list with impact and implementation order.
- Pilot scope, acceptance criteria, and rollout sequence.
SLA: kickoff in up to 2 business days after intake, report in up to 5 business days after access.
Guarantee: if audit delivery misses the agreed deadline, I apply a 30% fee credit.
Step 2
Fixed-Scope Pilot (€8k–18k, 2 to 3 weeks)
I implement one high-impact workflow with full reliability controls directly in your environment.
- Idempotency: safe reruns with no duplicate outcomes.
- Validation gates: bad input is blocked before propagation.
- Error routing and alerts: failures are visible and owned.
- Audit log: every run, decision, and exception is traceable.
SLA: daily status updates and incident response in up to 1 business day during rollout.
Guarantee: if agreed acceptance criteria are not met, I continue at my cost until they are met.
Example in production: VAT filing automation case.
Step 3
Support (€2.5k+/mo)
Optional monthly support for incident response, controlled changes, and reliability governance.
- P1 response in up to 4 business hours.
- P2 response in up to 1 business day.
- Monthly reliability review with next action list.
Guarantee: missing monthly SLA targets triggers a 10% service credit on the next invoice.
