Terms of service

These terms apply to fixed-scope pilot work, ongoing retainers, and systems purchased via the store.

1. Scope and acceptance

Every engagement starts with a written scope. Work outside this scope requires written approval. Deliverables are accepted when the agreed acceptance criteria are met.

2. Systems store purchases

Store purchases include digital assets described on each product page. The buyer is responsible for account access, required APIs, and platform subscriptions.

3. Refund policy summary

Digital systems are refundable within 7 days only if delivery assets were not accessed and support setup has not started. Custom implementation services are non-refundable once work is scheduled.

4. Security and credentials

Password sharing is prohibited. OAuth and scoped API keys must be used where available. The client controls revocation of access at all times.

5. Liability

Reliability Layer is not responsible for downtime or data errors caused by third-party platform outages, revoked credentials, or unapproved workflow changes outside agreed maintenance scope.
