Who is responsible

Project enquiries
The form asks for your email, company or website, project description and budget estimate. We use this information to assess and reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps toward an agreement at your request. Providing it is voluntary, but we need an email and a description to reply. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery and technical services
When server delivery is enabled, the brief is sent to the business inbox through Resend. In email-draft mode, the form prepares a message for you to send from your own email application; it does not send it automatically. Vercel hosts the website. Upstash provides short-lived anti-abuse and submission-deduplication storage. These service providers process data needed to deliver and secure the service; processing may take place outside your country under their applicable data-processing arrangements.
Storage and retention
The website does not keep a database of submitted briefs. The email remains in the business inbox for the enquiry and any resulting correspondence, and where necessary for related contractual or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed. Rate-limit keys contain a keyed hash rather than the raw IP address. Rate-limit and submission-reference entries expire within 24 hours. Providers may retain their own delivery and security logs under their service settings.
Cookies and browsing
This version does not load advertising, session-replay or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and timestamps for delivery and security. This is separate from the project brief and supports our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website.
Visit measurement
We measure visits with our own tool, Ganado Track, operated by Ganado international s.r.o. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the pages viewed, time on a page and scroll depth, where the visit came from (the referring site's domain only, never its page address, and UTM tags), the browser language, the screen width and project-brief steps such as preparing or sending a brief, never what you type into the form. The visitor key is a hash that our server computes and that changes every day; your IP address is used only to compute it and is not stored with it. This supports our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and sources lead to enquiries. To opt out, open any page with ?gnd_notrack=1 added to the address; the server remembers this choice for your IP address for 90 days, and ?gnd_notrack=0 turns measurement back on. The site owner can label his own devices with ?gnd_owner=1, which keeps a single local marker on that device only.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, and request erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the applicable conditions are met. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your competent supervisory authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, client records or tax documents. A suitable secure channel can be agreed for a project later. External product and profile links have their own privacy policies.
