This policy explains what information is collected when you contact Reliability Layer or purchase a system.

1. Data collected

We collect contact details, company information, and project context that you submit via email, contact forms, or Stripe checkout.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is used to deliver purchased systems, manage project communication, provide invoices/receipts, and send onboarding instructions.

3. Third-party processors

Payment data is processed by Stripe. Transactional emails may be delivered via Resend. Analytics may be processed by Plausible or PostHog if enabled.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as needed for service delivery, finance records, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of non-required data at any time.
