Invoicing without the spreadsheet.
A Czech invoicing application I built for freelancers and companies. Enter the supplier, customer and line items, check the document and export a PDF.
The task
An invoice has to be readable, contain the right information and lead to a payment. The product brings company details, line items, payment information and the document preview into one workflow instead of a series of disconnected forms.
The product
The browser editor supports supplier and customer details, invoice numbering, dates, currencies and PDF output. Czech business-register lookup helps with company information. A local draft can be prepared without an account; shared links and account features are separate, explicit actions.
My work
I own the product interface and implementation, including document generation, validation and the boundaries between local drafts and shared documents. Ongoing work includes corrections and the way the invoicing product connects to accounting operations.
